Bradley Liebe, a respected leader from Wisconsin, has over twenty years of extensive experience in non-profit and faith-based leadership roles, ranging from being a Student Ministries Director in Fort Myers, Florida, to serving as an Executive Pastor and COO in Fresno, California. Born in Waupaca, Wisconsin, Pastor Bradley Liebe attended North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he honed his leadership skills and nurtured a passion for serving others. He began his professional journey in Fort Myers, Florida, where Liebe was the Student Ministries Director at a local church from January 1992 until November 2000. During this time, he organized weekly events that facilitated personal and spiritual growth among students. He also crafted curricula and managed activities that supported the development of young individuals. Additionally, he organized numerous national and international large-scale events, attracting audiences ranging from 100 to over 10,000 people. These events were instrumental in mentoring and developing young people's potential in various aspects of their lives. In December 2000, Bradley expanded his ministry efforts by moving to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he assumed the role of Executive Director at a newly established faith-based technical college. He successfully led the institution to achieve complete enrollment of 50 international students in its first year and raised $2 million to fund and sustain the college’s operations. He was responsible for curriculum development and the overall management of the college, ensuring its success and longevity. Upon returning to the United States in January 2003, he served as Assistant Senior Pastor at his former church in Fort Myers. His leadership contributed significantly to the church’s growth, including its expansion from one to five regional campuses. He oversaw significant infrastructure projects and technological upgrades that enhanced the church’s capacity to serve its community. In 2009, Bradley became the Lead Pastor at a church in Appleton, Wisconsin. There, he led the congregation to a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions. He effectively managed and eliminated a $400,000 budget deficit, resulting in an economic surplus. In 2013, Liebe transitioned to the financial sector, becoming the President of a financial services firm specializing in advising seniors. Over the past decade, he has focused on helping seniors achieve economic security and plan for their retirements, providing personalized and independent financial advice. Since 2008, Bradley has also engaged in professional speaking and coaching, delivering seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and navigating change through Rick Olson Seminars.
