He began his professional journey in Fort Myers, Florida, where Liebe was the Student Ministries Director at a local church from January 1992 until November 2000. In December 2000, Bradley expanded his ministry efforts by moving to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he assumed the role of Executive Director at a newly established faith-based technical college. He successfully led the institution to achieve complete enrollment of 50 international students in its first year and raised $2 million to fund and sustain the college’s operations. He was responsible for curriculum development and the overall management of the college, ensuring its success and longevity. Upon returning to the United States in January 2003, he served as Assistant Senior Pastor at his former church in Fort Myers. In 2013, Liebe transitioned to the financial sector, becoming the President of a financial services firm specializing in advising seniors.
