Greetings and Welcome to the launching of my very first web blog.! This has not been an easy task. Since my book, Shish...the Brave Little Starfish was published in November, 2014, I've been experiencing a bit of Writer's Block..and yes, Writer's Block is very real. I'll get back on track soon and perhaps I'll dazzle you with some decent writing. Until then...be patient with me. A bit about myself. I am 62 years old and live in Portland, Maine. I moved to Maine from CT about 30 years. I have a beautiful daughter, Sarah, two stepsons, John and Tom and an amazing granddaughter, Autumn. I work part time for St. Joseph's College here in Maine teaching Abnormal Psychology online. I enjoy doing many things but do not refer to them as "hobbies". I love reading, writing, nature, photography, spending time with family and friends and talking to just about anyone about anything. I want this blog to be interactive. I may talk about dreams, favorite places, quotes that inspire and poetry that defines me. I love music and could write a time line with only the songs that moved me through life.
